Surface Average Temperature Measurement of Cu-W Contact Material Burning in CO2: Preliminary Study

چکیده

The surface average temperature and the electrode distribution are key parameters to predict erosion. Experimental research on arc erosion has been carried out in a model circuit breaker, which CO2 is filled chamber Cu-W used as contact material. temperatures of plug exposed electric with sinusoidal currents 5kA were determined by high-speed pyroscope. In order establish relationship between current squared, data statistics fitting curves current-rising current-falling stages given. It found that there two different types processes comparing temperature-current squared curves. other words, structure material change significantly after repeated erosions.
